Amber Fort

The fort is located on a hill in Amer, Rajasthan. Built by Raja Man Singh, the fort stands on top of an easily scalable mountain, which is situated near the beautiful Maota Lake. The fort’s majestic appearance presents a fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture and it is built using red sandstone and white marble.
Diwan-e-Aam or Hall of public audience is a large hall that stands from the support of two rows of ornamented pillars and mosaic glass work. SukhNiwaas or SukhMandir is a hall made with sandalwood and ivory. Sheesh Mahal or the Mirror Palace is the most beautiful part of this fort and the walls and the ceilings in this palace are carved with beautiful flowers and other paintings made with glass.

Hawa Mahal

Situated at Badi Choupad, Pink City of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal was built in 1799. . The honeycomb shaped and beautifully carved windows allow breeze to blow through the palace and makes it a perfect summer palace. The five-stores palace was built in the form of Krishna’s crown The mahal has a total of 953 small casements each with small lattice worked pink window, balconies and arched roofs with hanging cornices. This allows cool breeze blow through the mahal and keep it cool and airy in summer. Contrast to the rich decoration of the exterior, the interiors of the mahal is much simpler, but you will find the best view of the city of Jaipur.

City Palace, Jaipur

The palace was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II between 1729 and 1732 AD and also reflects the fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture. The City Palace complex has a sequence of gardens, buildings and courtyards, temple and museum to give it a grand view that reflects its historical importance and magnificent royal grace. The beautifully designed palace is still well-preserved and is listed among the prime attractions.

Nahargarh Fort

TNahargarh Fort was commissioned in the year 1734 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur.
The fort was a mix of Indo-European architecture styles and since it is built in the hilltop of the Aravalli, the fort is quite popular for offering mesmerizing views of the surrounding and beautiful views of the Man Sagar Lake.
Huge cannons were put around Hazuri Bagh to safeguard the fort from an attack and shots were fired from them to give a signal to the city.
